Here at Scenicview Child Care, our cornerstones focus on health; mind, body and spirit, safety, and offering a variety of experiences and ensuring that all children are happy. Our first cornerstone focuses on health which here, at Scenicview, is the most important aspect to foster in our children.
We strive to ensure that all parts of your little ones are taken care of and nurtured throughout the day. From growing our own vegetables, creating healthy menus which align with Canada’s Food Guide, ensuring that outdoor play occurs as much as possible and finally, teaching the children to listen to their body’s when mindfulness and rest time is needed; we here at Scenicview believe that all aspects of self care are equally important to a child’s development.
The experiences Scenicview Child Care offers are based on the children’s interests, ideas and curiosities. Our educators are co-learners with the children throughout the day, creating and offering vast experiences that will spark curiosity and wonder for every child.
Safety at Scenicview Child Care is our number one priority. Our educators constantly notice what is in their learning environments and ensure the space is well-balanced to meet all the children’s needs.
Finally, happiness. At Scenicview Child Care we measure happiness in many different ways. From the smiles on the children’s faces to how our educator's eyes light up when welcoming a child, to the sound of music and laughter that fill our rooms every day, the happiness is never-ending.
